Ordering

Can I order right now?

Online checkout is coming soon, so the buttons say “Checkout coming soon” for now. If you’d like a piece before then, send me a message with the product, size and color, and I’ll get back to you.

Why do the listings say “Sample”?

This is the launch line-up, but the photos are placeholder illustrations and the prices, sizes and colors are examples until test prints are done. Real photos and final prices will replace them before checkout opens.

How will checkout work?

When it opens, checkout is handled securely by Stripe. You’ll pick your size and color here, then pay on Stripe’s checkout page and get an email receipt. Printed orders collect your shipping address there, or you can choose free local pickup.

Do the bundles save money?

Yes. The Hill Country Windowsill Duo is $39 ($5 less than buying the vase and planter separately), and the Sunny Side Desk & Sill Trio is $48 ($12 less). Both ship free.

Custom requests

Can I ask for something custom?

Sure, tell me about it! A different color, a different size, a one-of-a-kind gift or a brand-new idea: send me the details (photos, sizes and when you need it help a lot). I’ll reply to let you know whether it’s something I can make, and what it would cost, before anything is printed.

Can I mix colors in a bundle?

Bundles come in one color for every piece. Want mix-and-match? Just ask.

Materials, colors & sizes

What are the pieces made of?
  • PLA: a plant-based plastic that’s great for indoor décor and desk pieces. Used for the Ripple Spiral Vase and the Texas Star Phone Stand.
  • Silk PLA: PLA with a shiny, satin finish. Silk Gold is available on PLA pieces for $2 more.
  • PETG: tougher and more heat- and sun-resistant. Used for the Nopalito Planter, so it’s happy on a sunny windowsill or patio.

The material is listed on every product page.

Which colors can I choose?
  • Sunset Orange
  • Bubblegum Pink
  • Lemon Yellow
  • Lagoon Teal
  • Galaxy Purple
  • Charcoal
  • Silk Gold (+$2, PLA only)

Each product page shows the colors available for that piece. The color list is still being finalized, so it may change before checkout opens.

What sizes are there?

The Ripple Spiral Vase comes 6 in or 8 in tall, and the Nopalito Planter comes 4 in (succulents) or 6 in (small houseplants). The Texas Star Phone Stand is one size, about 3.5 in wide, 4 in deep and 4.5 in tall. Every size page has an in/mm switch.

Will my piece look exactly like the photos?

3D prints have fine layer lines; they’re part of the charm. Colors can vary a little between filament batches and screens.

Are pieces food-safe or watertight?

No. Treat every piece as not food-safe. The vase has thin printed walls, so use a glass or jar liner for fresh flowers. The planter has a drainage hole and a matching tray.

Shipping, pickup & turnaround

How long until my piece ships?

Printed pieces are made to order and ship from Converse, Texas (San Antonio area) in 3–5 business days. Then it’s up to the carrier: USPS Ground Advantage usually takes about 2–5 business days.

How much is shipping?
  • $5.95 flat shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) on orders under $35.
  • Free shipping on orders of $35 and up, including both bundles.
  • Free local pickup in Converse, TX.

Digital files never have a shipping charge.

Where do you ship to?

Within the United States.

How does local pickup work?

Pickup is free in Converse, TX. Choose pickup when you order (or mention it in your message), and I’ll get in touch when your piece is ready to set up a time and place. Placeholder: pickup spot and hours

Returns & problems

What’s the return policy?

A full Refund & Return Policy, covering printed pieces and digital files, is being finalized and will be posted here before online checkout opens.

Something arrived damaged or isn’t right. What do I do?

Get in touch as soon as you can, with a photo if something is damaged, and I’ll work with you to make it right.

6

STL files & licenses

Personal vs. commercial STL license: what’s the difference?

Each design is sold with a Personal license ($3.99–$4.99) or a Commercial license ($12.99–$14.99). Both come with the same files.

  • Personal: print it as often as you like for yourself or as gifts.
  • Personal: no selling prints.
  • Commercial: sell unlimited physical prints, credited “Design by Happy Nozzle”.
  • Both: no sharing, uploading or reselling the files, and no molds or mass production.

Etsy sellers: Etsy only allows prints of a seller’s own original designs, so sell prints of these files off Etsy.

Full license terms are coming soon. Questions about commercial use? Get in touch.

What do I get, and in what format?

Each download includes STL and 3MF files plus print notes with recommended settings. STL works with every slicer; 3MF keeps the settings together for slicers that support it. The designs are made for FDM (filament) printers, and none of the launch designs need supports.

How do I receive my files?

Once checkout is open, you’ll be taken to your download right after you pay, and Stripe emails your receipt. If anything goes wrong, get in touch with the email you ordered with and I’ll help you sort it out.

7

Caring for your print

How do I clean it?

Dust it, or wipe it with a damp cloth and a little mild soap. Keep it out of the dishwasher.

Can it go in the heat or outdoors?

PLA can soften in high heat, so keep PLA pieces (the vase and phone stand) indoors and out of hot cars and direct Texas sun. The PETG planter handles a sunny windowsill or a shady patio much better.

Any tips for the planter?

Empty the tray after watering so roots don’t sit in water, and pick a 4 in pot for succulents or the 6 in for small houseplants.
